Intelligent Finance mortgage improves

Intelligent Finance's mortgage range has changed.

Intelligent Finance's offset mortgage has changed from a three-month discount to a discount of 0.46 per cent for the first two years.

This translates to a rate of 5.49 per cent (6.1 per cent APR) with no charges for early repayment.

The new offset mortgage has an arrangement fee of £299 and offers a maximum up to 95 per cent of the value of the property on loans up to £500,000. The maximum for loans between £500,001 and £1 million is 85 per cent.

The mortgage has no higher lending charge and Intelligent Finance will refund the standard valuation fee and pay their own legal fees for re-mortgages.
